7B is their latest venture, a stunning new restaurant 
and venue for Adam's cookery demonstrations and courses.

Our opening hours are:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday:
 12:00pm - 3:00pm & 5:30pm - 11pm

Open on Sundays for Takeaway only 12:00pm - 3:00pm

On Wednesday 12 November we will be running a Special Dinner. 3 courses for £45.  (We will be closed on the evening of Friday 14 November for Carnival).

And we also have a special November Lunch Offer (3 courses plus a glass of wine/coffee, £32), a Festive Lunch menu in December and a special Christmas Eve Celebration Menu (4 courses, £75).

Cookery Demonstrations 

Demonstration evenings include: 
A glass of wine on arrival, 
two course cookery demonstration, 
followed by a three course dinner.

   A 1/2 day course
£170 per person (including lunch)

 Arrival 10 am - coffee and debrief.
Cookery course demonstrating

 1 starter and 1 main
followed by lunch at around 1.30pm
Course will finish around 3pm 


  An additional guest can join your group for lunch at £30
